1. About these terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Clutch mobile app and websites (together, the “Platform”). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Who operates Clutch

The Platform is operated by Clutch Pvt. Ltd., based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

Payments made on the Platform are collected and processed by Rogers Inc, which acts as the merchant of record for those transactions under an arrangement with Clutch Pvt. Ltd.. Rogers Inc may therefore appear as the merchant on your card or bank statement. 3. What Clutch does

Clutch is a registration and management platform for in-person sporting events — tournaments, leagues and community games played at physical venues. Organisers use Clutch to publish events, take registrations, generate fixtures, assign officials and record scores. Players use Clutch to discover events, register, and track their match history.

Clutch is not a betting, gambling, wagering, fantasy sports, or online money gaming service. See Section 9.

4. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to hold an account. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must consent and is responsible for your use of the Platform.
• Accounts are created and verified using your mobile number. You are responsible for keeping access to that number secure, and for all activity on your account.
• You may create profiles for family members or dependents you are responsible for. You confirm you have the authority to provide their details.
• You must provide accurate information. Organisers may reject or cancel a registration based on inaccurate details (for example, an incorrect age or gender for a category).
• You may delete your account at any time from the app. See our account deletion page.

5. Organisers and players

Events on the Platform are created and run by independent organisers, not by Clutch Pvt. Ltd.. The organiser is solely responsible for the event itself — the venue, schedule, officiating, rules, safety arrangements, prizes and any changes or cancellation.

Organisers agree to:

• Publish accurate event details, including entry fees, dates, venue and categories.
• Honour confirmed registrations, or cancel and refund them in line with our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
• Hold any permissions, licences or venue bookings the event requires.
• Deal fairly with participants and respond to their queries.

Players agree to:

• Follow the rules of the event and the venue, and the decisions of match officials.
• Participate only in categories they are eligible for.
• Take responsibility for their own fitness to play. Sport carries a risk of injury and you participate at your own risk.

6. Entry fees and payments

• Entry fees are set by the organiser of each event. The full amount payable is shown in Indian Rupees (INR) before you confirm payment. See our Pricing page.
• Payments are processed through a regulated payment gateway. We do not store your full card or bank details.
• A registration is confirmed once payment is received and, where the organiser requires it, approved. Until then your place is not reserved.
• Refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

7. Content you provide

You keep ownership of the content you upload (team names, logos, photographs, event descriptions). You grant Clutch Pvt. Ltd. a non-exclusive licence to host, display and distribute that content on the Platform for the purpose of running the service.

You must not upload content you do not have the rights to, or content that is unlawful, misleading, obscene, or infringes someone else's rights.

8. Match results are shared data

Scores, results, fixtures and standings involve every participant in a match. Once recorded, they form part of the competitive record of the event and remain visible to other participants even if you later delete your account — at that point your name is replaced with an anonymised placeholder. 9. Acceptable use

You must not use the Platform to:

• Offer, promote or conduct betting, gambling, wagering, lotteries, games of chance, fantasy sports contests, or any form of online money gaming.
• Collect money for an event you do not genuinely intend to run.
• Harass, threaten, impersonate or abuse other users.
• Manipulate results, ratings or standings.
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the security or operation of the Platform.
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, and may cancel or withhold settlement for events that do so.

10. Availability

We work to keep the Platform available and accurate, but we provide it “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may change, suspend or withdraw features.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Clutch Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for the conduct of organisers, players, venues or officials. Our total liability in connection with the Platform is limited to the amount you paid through the Platform in the three months before the claim arose.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect and how we use it. It forms part of these terms.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified in the app or by email, and the “last updated” date above will change. Continuing to use the Platform after a change means you accept the updated terms.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
