I'm an organizer
How do I set up my first tournament?
Tap “Create Tournament,” choose your sport and format (knockout, round robin, or league), set your dates and registration deadline, and publish. Players can start registering as soon as it's live.
How do fixtures get generated?
Once registration closes, tap “Generate Fixtures” and Clutch automatically builds your bracket or schedule based on the format you chose. You can then assign matches to specific courts or fields and set match timings.
How do I manage multiple courts or fields at once?
In your tournament dashboard, add each court or field, then assign matches to them individually. This lets several matches run in parallel while Clutch keeps the full schedule organized.
How do I set up live scoring for umpires and referees?
Assign an umpire or referee to each match from the fixtures screen. They'll get a simple live-scoring interface on their own phone once they log in using their number, no separate setup needed.
How do players register and pay?
Players register directly through your tournament's page and pay using the built-in payment gateway. Payments are confirmed automatically, so you don't need to track them manually.
How do I notify players about schedule changes?
Any update you make to a match time, court, or fixture automatically triggers a push notification to the affected players.
How are MVP and best player awards decided?
Awards are based on the stats recorded during the tournament (goals, assists, wins, and other performance data), so you can assign MVP and best player titles using real numbers, not guesswork.
Can I see stats for the whole tournament, not just individual matches?
Yes. Your tournament dashboard shows aggregate stats across all matches, so you can track top performers and overall tournament activity in one view.

How do I find tournaments and communities near me?
Open the app and browse tournaments and communities filtered by your sport, location, and skill level.
How do I register for a tournament?
Find a tournament, tap register, add your team (if applicable) by phone number, and complete payment, all within a few minutes.
I paid but my registration isn't confirmed. What do I do?
This usually resolves once payment verification completes. If it's been longer than expected, contact support with your payment reference and we'll sort it out.
Can I edit my team roster after registering?
Captains can update team rosters before the tournament's registration deadline. Reach out to the organizer or our support team for changes after that.
Where can I see my stats?
Your profile automatically tracks your stats (goals, assists, sets won, sets lost, win percentage) across every tournament and community game you've played.
How do rewards and leveling up work?
The more tournaments and community games you play, the more you earn. Rewards and levels are tied to your activity, so playing regularly is the fastest way to level up perks and get rewards.
How do I manage my notifications?
Go to your profile settings and adjust notification preferences for match reminders, schedule changes, and new tournaments near you.
I joined the wrong community or tournament by mistake. Can I leave?
Yes. You can leave a community or withdraw from a tournament registration through your profile.
I'm a community owner
How do I set up my community?
Tap “Create Community,” add your sport, location, and a short description, then invite existing members or let new players discover and join you.
How do new members join?
Players join your community with a single tap, no forms or manual approval needed.
How do I post updates and game announcements?
From your community dashboard, tap “Add Game.” Every member gets a push notification the moment you publish it.
How do I collect payments from members?
Turn on the built-in payment gateway in your community settings. Members can then pay membership or game fees directly in the app, no manual UPI tracking needed.
How do community leaderboards work?
Leaderboards update automatically based on match results and stats across every game your community plays, so you always have an up-to-date ranking of top performers.
Can I see stats for individual members?
Yes. Each member's profile within your community shows their participation and performance across every game and sport they've played with you.
How do I remove a member from my community?
From your member list, select the member and choose “Remove.” They'll be notified and can request to rejoin later if you allow it.
