Delete Your Account

You can delete your Clutch account and personal data yourself, from inside the app. You do not need to contact us, and there is no waiting period — deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone.

Delete from the app

• Open the Clutch app and sign in.
• Tap the profile icon in the top bar to open your profile.
• Scroll to Danger zone and tap Delete account.
• Read the summary of what will be removed and what will be kept. If you organise live events or own a community, they are listed here.
• Type DELETE to confirm, tap Delete my account, then confirm once more.

Your account is deleted straight away and you are signed out. If you are currently switched to a family member's profile, switch back to your own profile first — the option only applies to your own account.

What is deleted

• Your name, phone number, date of birth, gender and sports played
• Your sign-in credentials — you will not be able to log back in
• Family & friends profiles you created, and their details
• Your notification tokens and notification history
• Payment screenshots you uploaded

What is kept, and why

• Match results, scores and standings.A result belongs to every player in the match, so deleting yours would erase other people's history too. These records stay, with your name replaced by “Deleted user”.
• Order and payment records. We are required to retain transaction records for tax and accounting purposes.
• Tournaments and communities you organised. These stay live for the players who joined them, showing an anonymised organiser. If that matters to you, cancel or hand them over before deleting your account.

Deleting your account does not cancel registrations you have already paid for, and does not by itself entitle you to a refund. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Signing up again

Deletion is permanent and your data cannot be restored. You are free to create a new account with the same phone number later, but it starts empty — no past registrations, teams or statistics carry over.

If you have already uninstalled the app

Email clutch.united.hq@gmail.com from the address you use with Clutch, or call +91 97240 21727, and include the mobile number registered to the account. We verify the request and delete the account for you. We acknowledge within 2 business days and complete deletion within 30 days.
