Step 1: Create the tournament or community

An organizer starts by setting up either a one-off tournament or an ongoing community. This includes choosing the sport, format (knockout, round robin, or league), dates, and venue details.

Step 2: Players register themselves

Instead of an organizer manually adding every participant, players join and register directly in the app, for a single tournament or as a standing member of the community. Step 3: Fixtures are set up and can change live

Once registrations close, the organizer sets up the fixture list and bracket using Clutch's auto bracket generator. But fixtures aren't locked in stone: organizers can add matches on the fly or edit fixtures live if something changes on the ground (a court becomes unavailable, a match runs long, a player is delayed).

Step 4: Matches are scored in real time
